Angela "Big Ang" Raiola lost her battle to cancer early this morning at the age of 55, Breaking Celebrity News has learned.

The Mob Wives star passed away surrounded by "nothing but love from her immediate family, and closest friends," the star's family posted in a statement on Twitter.

Raiola was recently diagnosed with stage 4 throat and brain cancer—and had been in and out of the hospital for weeks after her body stopped responding to chemotherapy.
