The boy band singer and father to newborn son Odin Reign has filed a motion to compel mediation after a bar bouncer slapped him with a lawsuit for a drunken attack, Breaking Celebrity News has exclusively learned.

According to Florida's Monrow County Circuit Court documents, Carter's attorneys asked the judge to assign a certified mediator to settle, but the alleged victim Skyler Carden's team argued that the action was "premature."
