Last night, Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi adamantly denied reports that her husband, Jionni Lavalle, had a membership on Ashley Madison, where married men search for mistresses.

But a source close to the 27-year-old mother of two exclusively tells Breaking Celebrity News that she'll always defend her man, who was also accused of cheating last year— because she has no other choice.

"Nicole never signed a prenup before marrying Jionni," the insider tells Breaking Celebrity News of the Jersey Shore star turned lifestyle mogul, who is worth a reported $4 million. "Her family and friends insisted she get one, but she vehemently refused."

If Polizzi headed for divorce, ATM-owner Lavalle, 28, would be privy to a piece of her large fortune.

As Breaking Celebrity News previously reported, the couple, who wed in November 2014, has been on the rocks for a long time.

"They have had some knock-down, drag-out fights," a source told OKmagazine.com, admitting it's entirely possible that Lavalle has cheated. "He is frequently away on golf trips with his boys, and they go out and party."
