'RHONJ' Star Johnny 'The Greek' Karagiorgis Dead

According to reports, former Real Housewives Of New Jersey star, Johnny 'The Greek' Karagiorgis has died of a heart attack.
Johnny and his wife Penny owned a New Jersey hair salon, which was frequented by several members of the cast.
As Breaking Celebrity News reported back in 2013, Joe Gorga approached Johnny at cast friend Kim D's Posche 2 store opening regarding detrimental remarks that had allegedly been made about his wife Melissa. The result was a bloody brawl that led to a lawsuit filed by Johnny.
In 2015 Andy Cohen and NBC were also added as defendants in the suit, alleging that they had "prepared a plan by which cast members were going to verbally confront, physically assault, and/or unlawfully attack John Karagiorgis."
