'Top Chef' Contestant Annie Pettry's Past Boozy Arrest Exposed!

Annie Pettry may be able to drink away her Top Chef competition!
The chef, 37, was arrested for possession of a malt beverage or unfortified wine before she was 19 or 20 years old, Breaking Celebrity News has learned!
She was arrested on December 20, 1997, and was served with the citation on the same day. Pettry was fined $10 and paid $80 in costs for the case.
Her case has since been disposed, and a Buncombe county clerk confirmed to Breaking Celebrity News that the records have been destroyed.
