EXCLUSIVE: Travis Barker & Shanna Moakler Back In Court Over Child Custody

Travis Barker has filed a petition in Los Angeles County Superior Court asking for a "modification" of his child custody agreement - and the good news is the formerly warring parents have amicably agreed to a
deal. With Travis' band Blink-182 being out on tour this summer, the doting dad wanted to be able to see his kids - Landon, 5 and Alabama 3 - on a schedule other than what had been originally agreed with ex-wife
Shanna Moakler.

Shanna said "yes" to Travis' request and on August 17, Commissioner Scott Gordon signed off on the changes.
The Blink-182 tour goes through October 4, wrapping up at Madison Square Garden.
