Michael Jackson's family left court on Monday disappointed and angry over the judge's decision not to suspend Dr. Conrad Murray's medical license in California.

Outside the Los Angeles courthouse, Jackson's sister La Toya responded to the verdict by telling reporters: "It's not what we expected."

Tito, Katherine, and Joe Jackson were also in attendance. As they deparrted, Tito muttered profanities and Joe waved off reporters' questions with the dismissive statement, "You can read it in the papers."

The family's sour mood was no doubt due to Judge Michael Pastor's ruling not to take away Murray's medical license.

As Breaking Celebrity News previously reported, Judge Pastor refused to overturn the decision made by the last judge to hear the case, telling the court, "I don't have ability to revisit the actions of one of my colleagues. I do not have jurisdiction to revisit this matter. It doesn't have anything to do with how I feel or what I think. It has to do with the law and this court's ability to follow the law," Pastor said.
