Sandra Bullock is again applying for a temporary restraining order against a man who has been under court order to stay away from her since 2003.

Breaking Celebrity News has confirmed Bullock went a Los Angeles court on Monday to have Thomas James Weldon restrained.

Bullock did not appear in court.

The actress accused Weldon of following her from Michigan to Texas to California, sent her e-mails and faxes and left voice mail messages.
