Tori Spelling's husband Dean McDermott was released from the hospital Tuesday following a motorcycle accident last week that left him with a punctured and collapsed lung, Breaking Celebrity News has learned.

The hunky 43-year-old reality TV star updated his friends and fans on his Twitter account Sunday, saying: "I'm healing, slowly Ill be doing rehab for a while I messed a few things up when I crashed."
