The mother of Oksana Grigorieva will testify at a hearing Monday in the bitter child custody war between the Russian singer and Mel Gibson, Breaking Celebrity News is reporting.
A Russian translator is on hand to interpret for her.
Oksana and the Braveheart star are facing off with a judge in downtown Los Angeles over custody of their one-year-old baby daughter, Lucia.
Oksana has publicly claimed that an out-of-control Mel screamed at her and struck her as she held Lucia, causing a bump to the baby's chin last January -- an allegation Gibson strongly denies.
