Marissa Jaret Winokur is the first victim of The Talk, CBS' attempt to copy The View, Breaking Celebrity News has learned.

"I will not be returning to The Talk this year," Winokur told People.

Winokur was hired to be one of six hosts on the show, with her "Mom on the Street" segments airing twice a week.  But as the show evolved in the months since its premiere last fall, "there really wasn't room for my segments," the Dancing With The Stars Alum explained.
