Maybe he IS just that into you, Scarlett -- afterall, we are!

Scarlett Johansson, 26, and Justin Long, 32, -- who co-starred in 2009's He's Just Not That Into You -- were spotted together leaving an Iron & Wine concert at the Wiltern Theatre in Los Angeles on Tuesday, and Breaking Celebrity News has the just-released pics.

Scarlett -- who recently split from hubby Ryan Reynolds -- tried to keep a low profile, wearing a fedora hat low on her forehead and a long grey scarf to match her stylish boots.
