Busted again!

OK -- this time, it's not what you think.  Lindsay Lohan was caught sneaking out of Samantha Ronson's home in Venice Beach, CA. on (drum roll please!) VALENTINE'S DAY!

The on-again-off-again ( or are they 'on-again?') couple have adjoining town homes, which Lindsay has previously maintained is just a coincidence.

Instead of using the sidewalk, Lindsay opted to sneak through the bushes after leaving Sam's pad Monday.
