Blake Lively jetted over to London for the Elle Style Awards, bringing her fabulous sense of fashion with her!

The Gossip Girl, who was awarded the Best TV Star award, was a bombshell in blue, wearing a stunning Emilio Pucci halter gown from the Spring 2011 collection, which she paired with Christian Louboutin heels.

Emma Watson showed off her sexier side in a cutout Hakaan Spring 2011 mini, paired with Christian Louboutin Pigalle Plato pumps.  The Harry Potter babe was awarded the Style Icon top honors of the evening.
