Chaz Bono was snapped at his West Hollywood home Thursday, where he was reportedly entertaining some family members who were visiting.
Chaz, with his little dog on a leash, wore a distressed University of Michigan T-shirt that fit tight around his burgeoning belly.
Chaz’s battle with the bulge has been well-documented, dating back to a stint on VH1's Celebrity Fit Club when he lost 24 pounds (pre-gender reassignment surgery, when he was still known by his given name, Chastity).
Bono, the 42-year-old daughter-turned-son of Cher and the late Sonny Bono, is almost three years into a female-to-male gender reassignment process that will take many more to complete.
