Jose Canseco took a punch on Wednesday when he lost a lawsuit with the Celebrity Boxing Federation and Breaking Celebrity News has all the exclusive details.

The former baseball star was a no-show to a Broomall, Penn. hearing today in which he was sued by Celebrity Boxing founder Damon Feldman after he allegedly sent his twin brother, Ozzie, to an event that he was contracted himself to appear at.

"I just want to say I am relieved," Feldman told Breaking Celebrity News in an exclusive interview. "He knows what he did."

Feldman was awarded more than $7,600 and said he's "pi**ed off that Jose thinks he can do this to people."

"Judgment was for Feldman because the defendant did not show up, even though he was given ample notification of the hearing," a Broomall District Court spokesperson confirmed to Breaking Celebrity News.
