After a two month stint in a Malibu rehab center, Amber Portwood is back on mommy duty after touching back down in her hometown of Anderson, Indiana.

As Breaking Celebrity News previously reported, the troubled Teen Mom star checked into the facility after attempting suicide in June.

She sought treatment for "anger control issues and depression," she told Star magazine in an exclusive interview.
