Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries looked as if they would hold the record for shortest marriage of 2011, lasting just 72 days before the reality star filed for divorce, but no one counted on Sinead O’Connor ending her marriage to Barry Herridge after only 18 days!

Summer started off so promising for Kim after she wed her NBA hunk in a star studded spectacular TV special that was broadcast on the E! Network. But, fast forward two-and-a-half months later and Kim “blindsided” Kris by filing for divorce.

Nothing compares to Sinead though! The 45-year-old mother-of-four endured a whirlwind marriage to Herridge that began December 8 in Las Vegas and ended with an  announcement on her website on December 26.
