The lavish estate where Britney Spears moved after her infamous 2008 meltdown has been listed for sale for just under $10 million.

Britney leased the home for $25,000 a month, and stayed there with her two boys until this past December when she moved to another $25,000 a month rental.

The estate being sold has three manicured acres with a pool, rose garden and tennis court.  The main house has seven bedrooms and eight baths in a massive 19,000 sq. ft.  There's also a ballroom, a poker room and gym.
