Denise Richards and Richie Sambora are taking their renewed romance to a whole new level.

The lovebirds are going to be vacationing together in Hawaii, along with Richie's daughter by Heather Locklear, 14-year-old Ava, Breaking Celebrity News is exclusively reporting.

Denise and Ava even tweeted back and forth about the getaway!

Denise is also taking her three kids -- her daughters by Charlie Sheen and her recently adopted baby -- with her, making this trip a real family affair.

Richie and Ava are already in Hawaii, and Denise and her gang are flying over to join up with them on Sunday, an insider tells us.

Denise and Richie first romanced from 2006 to 2007, right after he split from Heather. Locklear and Richards had been neighbors and close friends up until then.

As Breaking Celebrity News previously reported, Denise and Richie began dating again last November.

Heather has had a very public history of substance abuse problems, and suffered a near overdose in January.
