Tim Tebow is heading to the Big Apple!

The deeply religious quarterback was traded to the New York Jets on Wednesday following his position at the Denver Broncos being filled by Super Bowl champion Peyton Manning.

Tebow will add to the already high star power – and hunk factor – in New York as he joins current QB Mark Sanchez, who has dated a string of hot celebrities including Sports Illustrated model Kate Upton and Sopranos star Jamie-Lynn Sigler.

As Breaking Celebrity News previously reported,  after signing a five-year, $96 million deal with former Indianapolis Colts star Manning, the Broncos got a fourth round draft pick from the Jets in return for Tebow, reported ESPN.com.

Current starting quarterback Sanchez need not worry about his role as top dog on the team though, as two weeks ago the Jets gave him a three year, $40.5 million contract extension.
