A little love bite or pesky psoriasis?

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West heated up New York City this week with movie dates, sleepovers, romantic brunches and shopping trips at FAO Schwarz, and now it looks as if Kanye marked his territory!

The reality star revealed a little red mark on her neck on Thursday, which looks suspiciously like a hickey.

Spotted on the streets with a full face of makeup the night after their first public sleepover, Kim did nothing to cover up the marking on the left side of her neck.

There is a possibility, however, that the star simply had another psoriasis outbreak, a condition she went public with back in July 2011.
