The big day is just about here for Giuliana and Bill Rancic, who are primed to become parents for the first time, via gestational surrogate.

"On the plane to Denver!! Baby watch has officially started!!" Bill, 41, tweeted Monday.

The celeb reporter and winner of The Apprentice will welcome the baby boy in Colorado, where the surrogate mother lives.

"Everyone is pumped!" the doting daddy-to-be told US magazine. "Not just our family but so many people. We're so lucky. So many people have been pulling for us and following our journey.

"This has all been magical for us."

The TV couple's journey to the delivery room has been a harrowing one, as they futily tried In-vitro fertilization, and put all plans on hold during Giuliana's brave and winning battle over breast cancer.
