Jenny McCarthy and Chicago Bears superstar Brian Urlacher have called it quits.

The Playboy cover girl started a relationship with Urlacher, 34, sometime in April and began the process of relocating to Chicago to be near him, but issued a statement on Thursday revealing they'd broken up.

"Brian and I have decided to turn our romance into an amazing friendship," Jenny's rep said.
