Jessica Simpson's mom, Tina, has filed for divorce from her husband, Joe, and according to the court docs which were filed in Texas, she cites the reason for the split as "the marriage has become insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities."

The court docs were first obtained by The National Enquirer who exclusively broke the bombshell story that Tina filed for divorce after 54-year-old Joe came out as gay and confessed to an affair with a 20-something boy toy, according to a source close to the Simpson family.

“Joe got the family together about two months ago and came out of the closet,” an insider told the Enquirer. “He told them that he’d tried to continue in his marriage to Tina, but he couldn’t go on any longer and deny the fact that he had these feelings for men."

The divorce filing states that the couple was married in 1978 and don't have minor children. Tina filed for divorce in September.
