Miley Cyrus shocked onlookers when she practically busted out of her skintight black outfit while performing at a concert in Hollywood on Saturday night and Breaking Celebrity News has the revealing photos.

The former Hannah Montana cutie, who has been looking very grown up lately after getting her edgy blonde hair makeover, grabbed attention again when she wore a getup that looked more dominatrix than Disney!

Miley's performance with Israeli dubstep producer and DJ Borgore at the Christmas Creampies concert was completely overshadowed by her tiny, cleavage-baring halterneck top which left no room for a bra.

The matching pants were just as tight and gave the 20-year-old singer the dreaded "muffin top." Cyrus made the dubious choice of adding a belly chain which attached at her waist and went around her neck, bondage style. Leopard print boots that went past her knees completed the bizarre getup that screamed Hollywood Boulevard.
