Numerous people are going to be charged in connection with the near-fatal fall suffered by a Penn State cheerleader when she tumbled out of a fifth story window, police have revealed.

The suspects will be facing misdemeanor charges of furnishing alcohol to minors at the October party that left Paige Raque with severe head injuries and a crushed pelvis, reported the Centre Daily Times.

"There is absolutely no indication of foul play," said State College Police Chief Tom King. "This wasn't an intentional act."

Despite the lack of intent, a search warrant was filed in November to obtain Raque's blood alcohol content from Mount Nittany Medical Center, where the 19-year-old was taken after plummeting 39-feet through a screen window.

It remains unclear whether Raque, a sophomore at the university, was drinking at the off-campus party.

As Breaking Celebrity News previously reported, Paige has made a miraculous recovery following fears that she would be permanently brain damaged and thanked her well-wishers for their support and prayers at a press conference last week.

"I needed it," said the pretty sophomore at the Frazier Rehab Institute in Louisville, Kentucky. "I needed every single person who rallied behind me. They pushed me through it and they're the reason I'm here and okay."
