Adrienne Maloof is boasting about her new lover, Rod Stewart's son 32-year-old Sean, saying he's "a lot more mature than a lot of 60-year-olds at this time in his life."

"He understands my world, the entertainment industry and being a public figure," the 51-year-old The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star told People.

And while Adrienne told the magazine she and Sean "are not living together, as Sean has his own place," the two have indeed been living together -- as in waking up in the same bed every morning!

Adrienne said that the May-December fling "started as a business relationship and now were casually dating -- it's casual, real casual."

"I'm a modern business woman -- I don't think of age."

She added that Sean's past struggles with substance abuse -- including heroin -- came "when he was a young kid.

"He's been clean and sober for years."

And as far as Sean's famous singing father Rod, Adrienne called the Downtown Train singer "lovely" and "very nice."
