Chaz Bono -- the 44-year-old former Dancing With the Stars finalist and the most public face of the transgendered community -- has had a major falling out with his mom Cher, Breaking Celebrity News has learned.

Chaz, who continues to lose weight in his ongoing transformation from shy, little pigtailed girl to brawny bearded stud, has agreed to take a “personal time-out” from his famous mom.

“Chaz and Cher barely speak anymore and they’re both OK with that,” a source close to Bono told Breaking Celebrity News.
