Teresa Giudice’s husband Juicy Joe is finally getting his day in court!

The legally challenged Real Housewives of New Jersey star is facing charges that he assumed the identity of his brother, Pietro, in order to obtain a driving license after his own was suspended following a DWI five months earlier

On Tuesday Joe made an appearance in a New Jersey court and his trial date was set for July 15, 2013 with an estimated two weeks anticipated for the trial time period.
