Jodi Arias is trying every trick in the book to keep from getting the death penalty after being found guilty of the first degree murder of her ex-lover Travis Alexander but the prosecutor is asking the judge to dismiss her latest legal maneuver.

The 32-year-old convicted murderer lucked out with a hung jury during the sentencing phase of her trial and her attorneys have asked the judge to postpone the start of a retrial for at least six months un
