Kathy Griffin, on her Bravo stand-up special Wednesday, chimed in on the Amanda Bynes saga, saying she's actually envious of the actress, whose bizarre antics have dominated the headlines -- and made a little police blotter -- in recent weeks.

"So Amanda Bynes is allegedly doing stuff like going shopping, locking herself in dressing rooms for two hours and crying -- do you know how many times I've warted to do that -- that sounds like a dream!" the pop culture comic said, before carefully crafting the scenario.

"You go into a dressing room, the lighting is horrible you feel self-conscious, and you just want to take a bunch of clothes and blow off some steam.

The funny lady declared, with full confidence, "Amanda Bynes has got it all figured out, I'm telling you."
