Reality shows just aren’t real anymore, especially on the Real Housewives of New Jersey, and Breaking Celebrity News has spotted another example of set up scenes with Teresa Giudice that just don’t make sense with the most brazen ladies on television.

Teresa actions usually take center stage during filming, but it was her outrageous wardrobe choice made the most recent example of faked scenes stand out on the show.

On the June 9 episode Teresa is wearing a bedazzled denim hat while she and her bestie Kim D are supposedly outside the hospital talking with each other when Caroline Manzo calls on Teresa’s cell phone.

Standing outside in a parking lot in winter, but not necessarily the hospital parking lot, which is shown in a quick shot, Teresa takes the call wearing the snazzy hat with her black jacket, and then tells Kim D Caroline wants to have lunch the next day, which they do later in the episode.

Fast forward to the episode that aired on June 16 and Teresa is having coffee with Kim D in Kafe Neo and they’re both wearing the exact same outfits from the last episode when they were seemingly outside the hospital getting the phone call from Caroline.
