Katie Holmes might be more than a year removed from her split with Tom Cruise, but she's still casting a watchful eye over her shoulder for the Church of Scientology, Breaking Celebrity News has learned.

The 34-year-old's security detail approached a group of photographers near the Cleveland set of her upcoming film Miss Meadows on Monday, the shutterbugs told MailOnline.com, and asked them if they were affiliated with the controversial institution. (They were not, but rather photographers on scene to get shots of the star.)
