Liberace's former lover, Scott Thorson  was jailed earlier this month after he tested positive for meth use — a violation of his probation — and a new report claims the 54-year-old was living in a hotel surrounded by drug addicts just prior to his arrest.

After being sentenced to 60-months of probation for burglary and identity theft charges, Thorson was forced to move from the the world-famous Moonlite Bunny Ranch brothel in Carson City, Nev. to somewhere inside Reno's city limits.

"That was the beginning of the end," the ranch's owner, Dennis Hof told the National Enquirer.
