Britney Spears. Amanda Bynes. Miley Cyrus? The former tween star's twerking fits, overactive tongue and jaw-dropping fashion choices aren't just the signs of Miley's post-Disney reinvention, one critic says.

According to licensed counselor Nicole Knepper of the popular blog Moms Who Drink and Swear, who has not treated Miley, says her behavior in recent months could be indicative of someone suffering from a mood or personality disorder.
