Kim, 32, was with Riccardo Tisci , the Givenchy creative director behind her much-maligned floral MET Gala dress, but in this photo the all black dress revealed her curvy chest.

Tisci was part of the video that Kanye shared of a very pregnant Kim that was filmed in Paris in May, just one month before North West was born.
