Lamar Odom has formally pled not guilty to DUI charges stemming from his August 30 arrest, Breaking Celebrity News has exclusively learned.

The 33-year-old ex-NBA star wasn't in court at the Van Nuys courthouse in Los Angeles, where his attorney, Richard Hutton, entered the plea on his behalf.

The estranged husband of Khloe Kardashian has hired two attorneys to fight criminal charges after he was pulled over on Los Angeles' 101 Freeway after showing "objective signs of intoxication and was unable to perform field sobriety tests as explained and demonstrated," according to police.
