Despite having a baby on the way and having more than 100 days of sobriety under his belt at one point, David Arquette has sunk to a new low.

The notorious party animal was spotted late-night at The Comedy Store on Christmas night in Hollywood telling vulgar and crude [expletive] jokes, and Breaking Celebrity News has the exclusive video footage.
