Robin Roberts used her Facebook to come out as a gay woman.

The Good Morning America anchor didn't specifically refer to herself as a lesbian. Instead she used a message to her fans to celebrate the first anniversary of her bone marrow transplant and to thank all those who supported her.

"I am grateful for my entire family, my long time girlfriend, Amber, and friends as we prepare to celebrate a glorious new year together."
