Joe and his wife Teresa are already in hot water with the law, facing a whopping 41 charges of tax evasion and fraud, as well as identity fraud.

As Breaking Celebrity News previously reported, Joe was also busted on Nov. 26 when he was pulled over and issued two driving infractions — no inspection sticker and an expired insurance card.
