Justin Bieber is headed back to Los Angeles on a private plane Thursday, following his arrest on charges of DUI, drag racing, resisting arrest, and driving on an expired license in Miami earlier in the day, a source tells Breaking Celebrity News exclusively.

The 19-year-old singer posted bail Thursday afternoon -- walking out in a dark hoodie and sunglasses, jumping into an SUV with members of his entourage.

According to the source, the singer will now head back to Southern Californi as he has a commitment in the area to attend to. Bieber could potentially have more legal issues when he touches down in Southern California, as he remains under investigation after a neighbor claimed he egged his property.

As Breaking Celebrity News previously reported, the “Baby” singer was taken into custody early Thursday on the aforementioned charges after a testy run-in with the authorities. After taking a mug shot that should reach Nick Nolte levels of notoriety, the singer stayed mum as he appeared via closed circuit TV before a judge, who set his bail at $2,500.

Bieber’s legal go-to-guy in the case is Roy Black, the ace attorney who successfully represented William Kennedy Smith in his 1991 trial (which has an infamous place in courtroom lore for the presence of a blue dot used to conceal the accuser’s identity on TV). Black’s roster includes other big names who’ve had well-publicized legal troubles, including Kelsey Grammer and Rush Limbaugh.
