Lady Gaga is vying to seal court documents that contain sensitive financial information regarding a settlement she entered into with her former producer, Breaking Celebrity News has exclusively learned.
In 2010, producer and ex-boyfriend Rob Fusari filed a $30.5 million lawsuit against Gaga claiming he was denied a 20 percent share of her song royalties for hits he claimed he co-wrote like Paparazzi, Beautiful, Dirty, and Rich — also claiming he helped transformed Stefani Germanotta (her legal name) into Lady Gaga.

The lawsuit against Gaga was dropped in Sept. 2010 and the details of the settlement were sealed by the court, but now Fusari is fighting off a lawsuit himself filed by Wendy Starland, who claims she helped him discover the pop star and wants her commission.
Afraid of what documents the back and forth discovery phases between Fusari and Starland have produced, Gaga filed a motion on Jan. 6, 2014 to seal portions of the proceedings.
