Uma Thurman is a great actress, but is she a horrible boss?

Breaking Celebrity News has learned that the actress was recently slapped with a $72,000 fine for failing to adequately provide for her employees.

The Workmen's Compensation Board of the State of New York issued the fine in March 2013 after Thurman was found to have failed to carry workers compensation insurance from December 15, 2011, to December 14, 2012.
