Pregnant Kate Major just can’t catch a break.

Michael Lohan’s fiancée has been released from solitary confinement in a Palm Beach county jail, but Breaking Celebrity News has exclusively learned that she is not going to be released early to spend the rest of her “high risk” pregnancy on house arrest.

Lindsay Lohan’s father has been on an intense crusade working to free Major from what he called “inhumane” conditions behind bars.

“Thanks to Breaking Celebrity News, I was contacted by Kate’s attorney and she informed me that Undersheriff of the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Department was kind enough to agree move Kate to a general population,” Michael told Breaking Celebrity News.

“They are doing this for Kate to get the medical attention she wants,” Michael explained.

“She will be in a better living environment and so she will be around people in case see has a seizure or another medical problem.”
