'Big Questions Need To Be Answered': Prosecutor Suspicious Of Lindsay Lohan's Community Service

UPDATE: Presiding judge Richard Stone Wednesday set a Feb. 18 hearing date to review ongoing concerns regarding Lohan’s community service completion. The actress is expected to give the court further documentation verifying she completed 80 hours of community service in 10 days. Prosectors, who also cited an outstanding issue with Lohan’s restitution fees, were denied in asking the court to require Lohan to appear in person, and swear under oath that she completed her court-ordered obligations.
Lindsay Lohan could be in yet another legal mess, as the prosecutor has doubts she completed her community service.
Los Angeles City Attorney Terry White, the prosecutor handling the case in which she lied to the authorities, has major concerns regarding the troubled starlet's completion of her community service overseas in London.
"The prosecutor was just given the progress report this morning," insiders told Breaking Celebrity News, "and there are some big questions that need to be answered."
One glaring instance places the Liz & [expletive] star in two places at the same time.
"Specifically, dates when Lindsay was in the hospital being treated for Chikungunya are listed as days she was completing community service," the source said.
As Breaking Celebrity News previously reported, Lohan was also in Paris over the weekend, partying at a club called Le Titty Twister. She won't be in court this morning, but her attorney, Shawn Holley, is expected to give the judge proof that she completed the community service.
