Just days after Breaking Celebrity News revealed that Amber Portwood had split from her much older boyfriend Matt Baier, the couple is back on, sources say.

The 24-year-old Teen Mom star, who began dating Massachusetts native Baier, 43, in September, spent Super Bowl Sunday together.

"AP holding my hand and nacho chips— best Super Bowl EVER!!!" the New England Patriots fan tweeted, which Portwood promptly retweeted.
