After weeks of growing allegations against Bill Cosby, the disgraced comedian has been ordered to tell the truth once and for all in court -- and Breaking Celebrity News has learned his deposition date has finally been scheduled.

Famed civil rights attorney Gloria Allred will grill Cosby on October 9, she announced Wednesday.

Allred is representing Judy Huth in her case against the actor. Huth, has claimed The Cosby Show star sexually assaulted her when she was 15 years old during a 1974 incident at Playboy Mansion.
