Josh Duggar vehemently denies ever meeting the [expletive] star who's suing him for assault and battery during sex. So now, the judge is demanding Danica Dillon provide proof of their illicit trysts, Breaking Celebrity News can exclusively reveal.
According to U.S. District Court documents obtained by Breaking Celebrity News, judge J. Kearney ordered Dillon, otherwise known as Ashley Stamm-Northup, 28, to file a "sworn Certification" showing "a substantial part of the events giving rise to the claim occurred in this District."
Essentially, the adult film actress must demonstrate that the two nights of paid sex occurred in eastern Pennsylvania, where she claims Duggar first propositioned her at a seedy strip club last March.
The Christian father of four, 27, previously attempted to get the case dismissed, arguing that Dillon failed to provide enough detail that he harmed her during sex.
When the judge denied his motion, he then took the stance that he had never met the [expletive] star, much less beat her during sex.
The two parties will face off in court on January 21.
However, Duggar may not be able to attend. As Breaking Celebrity News readers know, the former "family values" activist has been in a Bible-based rehab center since last August, when he admitted to cheating on wife Anna, 28, and hiding a secret [expletive] addiction.
