Amber In Danger? Portwood's Fiancé Accused Of Sexual Assault In Restraining Order

Amber Portwood's fiancé, Matt Baier, may be hiding a dark secret from the Teen Mom OG star.
Just months before Baier, 44, began romancing Portwood, a young woman filed a restraining order against the Boston native— and accused him of sexual assault, Breaking Celebrity News can exclusively reveal.
According to Massachusetts' Fall River District Court documents obtained by Breaking Celebrity News, the woman— whom Breaking Celebrity News will call Michelle in lieu of her real name for privacy reasons— said she was "in fear" for her life after the alleged incident.

In the May 2014 filing, Michelle said Baier, an ex-boyfriend, "sexually assaulted" her on the evening of December 24, 2013.
"I went to Matt Baier's residence to have dinner and a date," she wrote in the affidavit. "He started touching me inappropriately in a sexual manner. Afterwards, he sexually assaulted me."
"I am in fear of him and how he will react to these allegations, and am requesting a restraining order."
The court judge ordered Baier to stay at least 100 yards away from Michelle and her workplace.
"There is substantial likelihood of immediate danger of abuse," the judge wrote.
A source close to Michelle claims that she dropped the order after a short period of time "because she was afraid he would retaliate if she didn't."
A source close to Baier vehemently denies he assaulted the woman, and says he was never charged with a crime.
"He was never even brought in for questioning by police," the source told Breaking Celebrity News. "They worked together after her allegations with no issues."
As Breaking Celebrity News previously reported, Baier has a very checkered past that his MTV star fiancée, 25, didn't seem to know much about.
According to Indiana court documents, five women are fighting Bauer for unpaid child support regarding a collective seven children.
Another woman, Kelli Maguire Nunn, also proved to Breaking Celebrity News she has a child with Baier, upping the total to eight kids.
